It’s nearing the end of blueberry season here in Vancouver, so have been stock piling and freezing for the fall/winter months ahead. I had a few cups of blueberries left over so thought I’d whip up some muffins the other morning.
So if you know me, you know that I have a huge sweet tooth. Every Sunday, I try to make a baked good for my husband, but also for my fellow co-workers who also benefit on Monday morning.
I hadn’t made cookies in a while, so decided to whip some up.
